We’re seeking experienced cold-callers who are ready to take immediate action, set appointments, and make real money. This is a commission-only role, and we are only looking for serious, self-sufficient, and highly motivated professionals. About Us:

We’re a growing company working on a variety of exciting campaigns for our clients, internal services and sister companies. As a Commission-Only Appointment Setter, you will primarily focus on two key campaigns:

  • Web Design Services for clients in various industries.
  • Staffing Services for our staffing sector.

You’ll be setting appointments for our expert sales teams in both of these areas, helping us build a pipeline of qualified prospects. We provide some leads, but we expect you to actively hunt for new opportunities and take full ownership of your results.

What You Get:

  • Unlimited Earning Potential: Commission-only pay with the chance to earn $34K – $70K/year or more.

Compensation:

  • Per Proposal Pay: You’ll earn $80-$230 for appointments you set where our sales team is able to send a proposal/quote to the prospect
  • Incentives and prizes: Get little prizes (i.e for getting the most proposals in a given week) March Madness contest, spin the wheel contest etc.
  • Commission for Closed Sales: Earn a 2%-3% commission for every sale that is closed from an appointment you set.

Earnings Example:

  • If you set 20 appointments that turn into 20 proposals/quotes in a month,
  • For proposals/quotes: $1,600-$4,600
  • Sales closed (30% close ratio): $600-$1,800
  • 20+ proposals: $400 ($20 for getting over 20 proposals)
  • not including incentives and prizes you may have collected along the way
  • Possible commission totals: $2,600-$6,800 per month or $31,200-$81,600 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Set High-Quality Appointments: Make cold calls, send emails, and follow up with prospects to schedule appointments for Sales Consultants for both web design or staffing services.
  • Hunt for Opportunities: We provide some leads, but you’ll need to actively seek out and generate new prospects on your own.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Build and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads for these campaigns, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work Independently: Be ready to operate with minimal supervision while contributing to team success.

  • Experience: 2+ years of cold-calling experience (must be comfortable with rejection and familiar with hunting for prospects).
  • Confidence: You’re ready to hit the ground running, setting appointments for both web design and staffing services.
  • Self-Motivation: This is a commission-only role, and you must stay focused and driven, even without immediate pay.
  • Independence: You can take ownership of your results, manage your time effectively, and work without hand-holding.
  • Resilience: You’ll need to bounce back quickly after facing rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and keep pushing forward.
  • Serious Commitment: While the role has incredible earning potential, it requires persistence and dedication—this isn’t a ‘quick and easy’ job. Success will come with time and effort.
